Daily Rewards: Every day you'll earn 50 free PM Tickets in PokémonQuest. These can be collected for free by checking the PokéMart (Store) located at the top-right corners of your screen.
Challenges: You can earn free PM Tickets in PokémonQuest by completing challenges. While you typically won't earn many PM Tickets this way (5-10 PM Tickets on average), it is an easy option when it comes to farming PM Tickets.
Quests: Another way to earn PM Tickets for free in PokémonQuest is by completing main quests. Typically, you'll earn around 50 PM Tickets per main quest you complete.
Power Stone: This is an item that can be purchased from the PokéMart that gives you 100 PM Tickets as a bonus.
PokéMart Shopping: If you purchase 7 items in the PokéMart, you'll unlock the Premier Ball Statue decoration along with 10 PM Tickets as a reward.
Expedition Packs: While this isn't exactly a "free" option, you can get PM Tickets and other goodies by purchasing Expedition Packs. Most Expedition Packs reward 100 PM Tickets, while the Expedition 3-Pack Bundle rewards a total of 300 PM Tickets. The Expedition Pack price options to choose from include: Expedition Pack ($4.99), Great Expedition Pack ($12.99), Ultra Expedition Pack ($20.99), Expedition 3-Pack Bundle ($34.99). Note that Expedition Packs can also increase the amount of daily PM Tickets you earn to 190 per day.
